On May 28th, Funcom will reveal Dune: Awakening’s mid-and end-game. This follows the recent successful big beta weekend earlier this month that focused on the early game and Act 1 of the story.
While the content in the beta weekend proved too much for most to even get close to completing, Funcom is going to show off even more from the survival MMO. That beta build opened up about 25% of the Hagga Basin to play in.
In their announcement, they tease what we’ll see, in particular going further into Hagga Basin, and even beyond, into the Deep Desert. The devs plan to show off some new content and tell more of what we can build, what we’ll see, as well as advanced mid and late game mechanics. In a taste of the end game, they’ll go over how both PVE and PVP players will have something to do
If you’re on the fence about buying the game ahead of the June 10th launch (with head start for Deluxe and ultimate edition preorders), or simply curious about what else the tam has packed into the desert of Arrakis, tune in next Wednesday.
The stream is happening at 12:00 p.m. EDT / 9 a.m. PDT on the Funcom Twitch and YouTube channels.
