Crew-Based FPS Wildgate is Getting a Steam Next Fest Demo in June

Wildgate, Moonshot Games’ crew-based FPS, is getting a PC demo at next month’s Steam Next Fest.

The team announced the demo, saying that it will be the biggest playtest for the game so far. The Steam Next Fest demo goes live at 10:00 a.m. PT on June 9th And will end at 5:00 p.m. PT on Monday, June 16th.
The demo will feature the majority of content that is planned for the release, so you can jump in, put together a crew, explore, and of course, battle in ship vs. ship battles.
This will be a PC demo, and all you need to do is download the demo from the steam page when it’s ready. Wildgate  is set to release on PC as well as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S,  so the devs are working with first party Partners to see if it’s possible to run a play test on Console concurrently with the Steam Next Fest demo, but there’s nothing to confirm just yet.
Wildgate’s developer, Moonshot Games, is one of the studios under Dreamhaven, the developer and publisher co-founded by Mike Morhaime. Dreamhaven just released the TTRPG-inspired fantasy co-op title, Sunderfolk.
