Where Clouds Embrace the Dawn is the next exciting update headed to Zenless Zone Zero as it aims to kick off Season 2, which is now available. Not only will the latest update bring new characters and new gear, but the team at Hoyoverse states that this is its biggest update yet.
Version 2.0, launched June 6 and coincided with Zenless Zone Zero’s official Xbox debut. In the latest update players will explore the all-new Waifei Peninsula, manage the Suibian Temple, and dive into expanded Hollow combat alongside new allies like Grandmaster Yixuan and Ju Fufu from the Yunkui Summit.

The new zone, Failume Heights, brings a mix of tea houses and danger, as players face off against Miasmic foes empowered by the environment.
It wouldn’t be a Hoyoverse title without a heaping dose of story and version 2.0 doesn’t disappoint as it adds fresh story content alongside more quality of life features like multi-Gear loadouts, a new 3D map system, and some updated cinematic events in Lumina Square.
