The Lord of the Rings Online’s 64-bit server launch was not exactly what many had hoped for, but now the dust has cleared and things have been much more stable. Standing Stone Games has some gifts for all to compensate for the issues and thank the community for their patience while the team worked to sort things out.
Transfers have been going through, more features, like housing claims were able to begin, and there were even more 64-bit server openings to report. The team acknowledges that there’s more work to be done, including the process of opening transfers from previously closed servers to the new 64-bit worlds, as well as that fourth 64-bit server they recently announced, but it’s clear that things have gotten a lot more stable in the process.
