A new light-hearted, adventurous survival game has launched, and the sky is literally the limit, as Lost Skies has entered its Early Access phase on Steam.
The buyable Early Access version of this game comes after some playtests, including a pre-alpha several months ago and a demo during Steam Next Fest.
Lost Skies takes players on an adventure of survival and danger through a fractured world, where islands float in the skies, as do the creatures throughout. Players build their own skyships to navigate and take on enemies, needing to balance its many potential aspects to overcome challenges.
For those looking for more of a sandbox beat, there’s also an Island Creator available, where players can make and share floating islands for others to explore.
