NetEase and Marvel Games have released a trailer leading up to Season 2.5 of Marvel Rivals, which includes a look at the latest upcoming Support character — Ultron. While the character has been teased for some time, even in victory screens for the Krakoa map, his kit wasn’t officially revealed until recently. And it seems like Ultron will slot in the triple Support team comp extremely well. Ultron will arrive on May 30, 2025 alongside the Season 2.5 update.
As mentioned previously, Ultron is a Support character in Marvel Rivals, which means he can provide healing, and some shields for other members of your team. However, his damage capabilities are what set him apart from more traditional Supports, as he seems to skew on the more offensive side.

Naturally, Ultron will arrive alongside a handful of skins and some balance changes. The Human Torch (Johnny Storm) will receive a nerf, and Jeff the Shark’s kit will be reworked. His skills won’t change, but the adjustments may be enough to turn some players off from playing Marvel Rivals’ most adorable Support.
