EverQuest II ‘s latest game update, Lure of Darkness, is now live, with new quests and missions, new dungeons, lots of bosses to slay, new achievements to unlock, and more level 130 content.
Things aren’t quiet in Norrath, naturally, and this time there is a cult of Void zealots to contend with. The Cult of Vul, which has been growing in number. They’re inspired by the writings of an old “renegade shadowman” named Ssynthi and currently being riled up by the discovery of the Void anchor and the words of Bellengere the Three, to dangerous ends.
So…you’ll probably want to stop the cult.
There are new raid dungeons – Dragon Necropolis: Ancient Tombs [Raid], Dragon Necropolis: Disturbed Vaults [Raid], and Flooded Scar: Abyssal Assault [Raid]. There’s also a new Contested dungeon: Spiral of Vul. There are 40 Contested bosses, a new Contested raid boss, 37 new quests and missions, 59 achievements, and 17 new collections to discover.
The update also has new Tradeskill content, new Overseer season 7 – Sentinel’s Fate, with new achievements and rewards, 43 new quests and 22 new agents, along with the daily trade skill missions and a crafting quest.
