At Summer Game Fest 2025, NCSOFT released a short trailer leading up to the release of the Warlock in Blade & Soul NEO. While the previous Spring Roadmap mentioned that the Warlock class would be coming soon, this trailer does not provide a concrete date as to when players can see this class appear in this version of Blade & Soul.
The Warlock is by no means a new class to Blade & Soul. However, it will be added to Blade & Soul NEO through a future update. Blade & Soul NEO is effectively a retooled and updated version of the original game — though it has more to do with the visuals over anything else. So there’s a high chance that when the Warlock does appear in the MMORPG, it’ll be exactly as players remember it.

Blade & Soul NEO is one of the few NCSOFT games to leave its Purple launcher and appear on another platform. Specifically, Steam. Players can currenly download the game there and earn cosmetics.
