Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen Outlines the Rest of 2025 in New Roadmap

A new roadmap outlining the rest of 2025 is here for Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen. The promised roadmap follows Visionary Realms’ decision to pull back from its originally-announced weekly updates.

Their current plan is to release major content updates about every 6-8 weeks. This follows last week’s announcement to expect a new update cadence and that the plan was to “move toward periodic updates, much like our previous Seasonal format”.
The first of these major updates is coming on April 2nd. The Shattering will introduce the PVP servers, start the process of server consolidation, and add some fresh start servers. We can also expect some updated rules of engagement for PVE.
The roadmap points to broadly what we can expect in subsequent major updates, as well as an overall work aimed for 2025. Following The Shattering, The next major update looks to add iconic class abilities  and class specific quests  alongside a level 40 kit.

After that, expect Ash Breather Trench and Underground, followed by updates with Black Rose Keep, Mounts & Taming, and Badia de Cara. All throughout the year we can expect the team to consistently add new Dungeons and raids and po eyes, as well as boss encounters and other features. We can also expect minor updates and patches for fixes and smaller scale improvements.
As for the rest of 2025, the roadmap shows “select features and systems” coming this year. They aren’t revealing their full hand but there’s a lot packed into this roadmap. You can take a look at the full list but there are some standout features here, including a number of improvements to the whole game like performance optimization, additional  visual and sound effects, and music, alongside U/UX tweaks. Also expect armor upgrades, new weapons, encounter system, upgrades and enhancements to combat and crafting,  as well as new stuff throughout the year. They’ve also included alternate ruleset servers in there so for those who are looking to tweak their experience a little more, stay tuned.
