When The Elder Scrolls Online Update 46 arrives in June, one of the features that will come to consoles is add-ons. Now, the team has begun to recruit add-on devs to upload their work and help the team to refine the process before launch.
In a new post, the team has added links to their uploader tools so you can upload your add-ons for console, and they also have help guides if you want to get started in building add-ons specifically for console. The invitation is now open to upload and share. or even to learn if you have an idea but are not sure how to bring it to life.

They emphasize that Elder Scrolls Online add-ons are generally UI adjustments meant to give players options and convenience. They’re not add-ons or mods like the single-player game type where you can make your character look like a toad or add custom quests.
Base game Update 46 is already on the PTS, so you can go ahead and test that on PC and Mac right now.
