The latest character teaser for Elden Ring: Nightreign, the multiplayer co-op spinoff of the hit RPG, is for the magical Recluse. This witch is, well, a former Recluse who seems to have stepped out for whatever is bringing chaos to the land.
In the teaser, the Recluse draws from all sorts of arcane magics, from the elements, including massive fire and lightning attacks, to what appears to be (and is hinted as) blood magic. At one point, she also appears to “steal” fire from a nearby burning enemy in order to use it for herself.
We’ve seen character trailers for many of Nightreign’s characters so far, all part of a cast called the “Nightfarers,” from the massive axe-wielding Raider to the quick-drawing Ironeye. We may also expect to see a more extensive Recluse gameplay trailer soon, too, based on previous video releases.
Pre-orders are ongoing for Nightreign, which releases just over a month from now, on May 30.
