The latest Elden Ring: Nightreign class trailer is out, this time showing off the Wylder, a balanced all-around Nightfarer.
The Wylder should look familiar. It was one of the original classes revealed, and even graces the game’s box art. The Collector’s Edition even features a statue of this very class. The team describes the Wylder as a “well-rounded combatant” and the trailer does show off that versatility.
Just like the other class trailers, this one is brief, but it does show off some of the key abilities and some of the dangers you’ll get yourself into in Nightreign’s co-op action survival gameplay.
The Wylder can pull enemies closer or evade attacks, and might be the kind of balance that your group needs to survive. If you’re newer to FromSoftware titles or simply prefer a more balanced build to play with, the Wylder looks to be an effective choice.
This Nightfarer trailer is the sixth class trailer we’ve gotten, after the Ironeye, Duchess, Raider, Recluse, and Guardian. When the game releases on May 30th, there are expected to be eight playable classes.
